The GBS – Empowering Senior citizens’ selfemployment in Green Business project aims to motivate senior citizens to take up selfemployment in Green Business in order to improve their socio-economic inclusion and wellbeing.
To achieve this main goal, the partnership will work on creating a set of OERs to motivate senior citizens to take part in the green transition and will develop a digital pedagogical Toolkit, which will be supported by pedagogical implementation methodologies for adult educators to facilitate digitally reinforced mentoring sessions.
Objectives
- to motivate Senior citizens for selfemployment in the Green Business;
- to create flexible digitally-reinforced mentoring learning pathway to develop Seniors’ knowledge and skills to start Green Business as a part of their entrepreneurial competence;
- to ensure recognition of obtained by learners competences by developing digital assessment tool;
- to enhance the capacity of adult educators to effectively facilitate the e-Studio.
